No terraço da Loja Caju, num espaço entre pequenos volumes, o restaurante da Mercearia Pachecas Comporta ganha forma. Procurou-se abrir o espaço, dissolvendo divisões desnecessárias e criando, em torno das laranjeiras existentes, um lugar de estar e de refeição unido por bancos de alvenaria desenhados à medida.
On the terrace of Loja Caju, nestled between a series of small volumes, the Mercearia Pachecas Comporta restaurant takes shape. The aim was to open up the space, dissolving unnecessary divisions and creating, around the existing orange trees, a place to gather and dine, brought together by custom-designed built-in masonry benches.

Este projeto revela-se nos detalhes: o desenho do chão em terracota, a curadoria de tecidos e mobiliário, os candeeiros criados propositadamente para o espaço. A paleta original da marca ganha profundidade no azul escuro típico da Comporta, afirmando uma identidade coerente e genuína. Mais do que uma extensão de loja, é um lugar com vida própria, onde o conforto e o carácter substituem definitivamente o ar de traseira.
This project reveals itself through its details: the terracotta floor pattern, the carefully curated selection of fabrics and furniture, and the lighting pieces designed specifically for the space. The brand’s original colour palette gains depth through the deep blue tones so characteristic of Comporta, reinforcing a coherent and authentic identity. More than an extension of the shop, it is a place with a life of its own, where comfort and character have completely transformed what was once simply a back-of-house space.
